  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items such as innerwear, socks, or customized clothing are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@buycraft.online with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return shipping instructions from our team.
  3. Carefully pack the product and ship it back to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, first check with your bank or payment provider.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@buycraft.online.
