- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items such as innerwear, socks, or customized clothing are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@buycraft.online with your order ID and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and return shipping instructions from our team.
- Carefully pack the product and ship it back to the address provided.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
